"Lac & Nature" is located in a quiet area on the edge of the forest. Pets are allowed on request (small breeds).
A cottage for 5 people of 53 m², 3 keys, with Wifi, which has just been completely renovated, as well as the bedding, with terrace, pergola, barbecue, hammock and garden of 100 m² independent, fully fenced and with private parking (with digicode) near our main house.
"Lake & Nature" Swimming Pool / Solarium / Wellness is located on the edge of the forest in a quiet area. We offer a gîte for 5 people of 53m², with terrace, barbecue, hammock, Wifi (Fiber), a shared pool / solarium / wellness area, a ping-pong area and a private car park (with digicode). Close to our main house, the cottage is 3' from the beaches of Sanguinet, Biscarrosse, Cazaux and cycle paths. 20' from the Dune du Pilat, Arcachon and the immense ocean beaches of Biscarrosse, 45' from Cap Ferret, Bordeaux and 1 hour from the medieval town of Saint Emilion.

For the months of July and August, bookings are for a minimum of one week:
For gîte 1 from Saturday to Saturday
For gîte 2 from Sunday to Sunday
On request, pay in 2 or 3 instalments free of charge!!
1st payment at the time of booking
2nd instalment to be agreed
3rd payment 15 days before your stay
The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 42 days (July-August) before arrival. The guest will be required to pay 50% of the total amount if cancelled within 42 days prior to arrival.
• Payments by bank transfer and cash
A security deposit of EUR 500 in cheque is required upon arrival for incidentals. It will be fully refunded on the day of departure, if no damage has been found to the accommodation during your stay.
